We Did It!

I was inspired to create something and I did! My dad and I made cookies today!!!
That's pretty creative right? So I didn't do it by myself but theres no I in team. We made oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. We always feel munchy and we never have anything sweet to eat in the house. So what better to do than bake cookies! Last time we baked cookies, we sold them at a bake sale and raised a good bit of money for our school. We had alot of fun but we had to hide them from my mom who my dad dubbed "The cookie bandit". My brother and I had to hide them from her.
The batter was really messy and I had the hardest time trying to turn them into tiny balls but I did it and now the cookies are delicious!
We had a lot of fun and its these kinds of moments I'm going to miss when I go off to college. At least I'll always have the memories though!

Inspired to Create!

Hi! Its me, Jonique and I'm here to start my blog all over again, but differently. Kinda calmer I guess.
Today I was on craft gawker, because that's all I do all-day, and now I feel...inspired. It just makes you want to get up and do something with your life. Like a sharpie commercial!
I've tried countless times to create something awesome but its pretty hard. Everything just flops. Maybe I'm not dedicated enough or something. But right now I feel like I can create a masterpiece! Now all I have to do is find something I want to do. Maybe I'll change an old T-Shirt into a cute tank top. Or I'll make a super cute purse! I don't know yet but when I do, it'll be super amazing. Some suggestions would be nice as well!
Also I'm going to college this year and I need to decorate my dorm...except I don't want to spend too much money on decorations. Maybe I'll make a fashionable paper weight or something. I don't know yet but It'll be pretty artistic...y.
